About Jacquie

Hello lovely, I’m Jacquie—nurse by training, coach by calling, and a woman who’s lived enough life to know that green tea, deep breaths, and a good laugh are often more medicinal than anything in a bottle.

I’ve raised three daughters (and survived to tell the tale), juggled work, family, and all the invisible “to-dos” women carry. I’ve worked in hospitals, in boardrooms, and now in heart-centred spaces where real transformation happens.

I’m not into fluff, quick fixes, or pretending everything’s fine when it’s clearly not. What I am into is helping women navigate the messy, magical middle of life—especially the bit where your hormones throw a tantrum, your soul whispers “is this it?”, and your body starts requesting naps as a non-negotiable.

“I don’t have all the answers—but I’ve got a kettle on, two listening ears, and years of experience walking this road myself.”

A young girl holds a birthday cake with "62" candles, surrounded by two women, a woman holding a toddler, and one woman pointing and smiling. They are indoors in a cozy living room.

“You don’t need fixing. You just need a safe space to fall apart (and a little nudge to put yourself back together on your terms).

I work with women who are one eye-roll away from snapping, one meltdown away from quitting, or quietly wondering if they’ve just… lost themselves.

My coaching blends science (because facts matter), soul (because you’re more than a symptom), somatic bodywork, ancestral healing, and the Three Principles. I’m here to help you unpack the heavy stuff, laugh through the weird bits, and gently remind you that you are not broken—you’re just due a very overdue exhale.

Whether it’s menopause, burnout, anxious overthinking, or unravelling some inherited family funk—I’m here for it. All of it.

I live in the beautiful, blustery bits of Scotland with my husband of 32 years and a household that’s always been a bit chaotic in the most love-filled way. I’m a proud grandma to two wee wonders (Eilidh and Archie), who remind me daily that joy is usually found in muddy puddles and biscuit crumbs.

I drink too much green tea, talk to trees, and get far too excited about fresh notebooks. I believe in the power of pausing, the wisdom of women, and the magic that happens when we finally stop pretending we’re fine and start getting real.

If you’re feeling a little (or a lot) lost, I promise—you’re not alone. And no, it’s not just you. And yes, it gets better (especially with support, space, and some very good questions).

“This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about coming back to someone ancient, grounded, and gloriously you.”

Let’s do this, shall we?
