Helen Golstein is one of life’s angels having worked with hundreds of clients over the years, what she has come to realise is that, most of all of our problems are created by us not being very nice to ourselves.
We are very self-critical and unforgiving in ways we would never be with another.
So regardless of the change you are exploring, it is her mission to ensure you also leave being much kinder to yourself which,in turn, will reduce your stress levels and you will feel calmer and more able to achieve your goals.
